Terms of Use

1) Main points

1.-The KidsShield.me Site and Software should only be used in these cases:

(I) for parental control purposes;

(II) by employers to control the devices they own and that are operated by their employees;

(III) by the user on their own device;

(IV) by the user with the consent of the device owner.

2.- To subscribe to KidsShield.me, you must first take the free 24-hour trial, installing the application on the target device and verifying that it meets your expectations;

3.-By providing your payment information when purchasing the application, you are aware that KidsShield.me does not collect this information, it is the Payment Provider that receives the payment details;

4.- KidsShield.me does not have access to any personal data and content in your account, only the panel user (you) has access to this information through the registration made when installing the application;

5.- You will not use the Site or the Service in violation of any law to which you are subject. Without limiting the foregoing, KidsShield.me is not responsible for your access to or use of the Software;

6.- You understand that you need physical access to a device to install the Software;

7.- You accept that KidsShield.me is not responsible for the installation of the Software on a target device.

2) Refund

No refund will be issued to a user if the reasons for the refund are entirely beyond the control of KidsShield.me. They include, but are not limited to:

1. A target cell phone does not have access to the Internet (no money in the target cell phone account, temporary interruption of service, roaming problem, etc.);
2. Update the operating system of a target cell phone;
3. A target cell phone has been reset to its original factory settings (formatting);
4. A user does not follow the installation instructions received by our support team and/or the instructions on this website;
5. A user does not accept technical support assistance;
6. A user does not have physical access to the target cell phone or has forgotten the password to unlock it;
7. Personal reasons (changed my mind, made a purchase in error, Software was not used, forgot to cancel subscription, etc.);
8. KidsShied.me software has been unlinked or corrupted by antivirus software, the device owner, or other services.
